A CHRIST-CENTERED PATH TO FORGIVENESS
Enter the
Healing Room
A place to go when forgiveness feels impossible — when the weight of old wounds won't let go. Step inside, do the hard and holy work, and walk out set free.
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
MATTHEW 11:28
WELCOME
Most of us are still carrying something.
We've heard the sermons. Read the books. Maybe even sat through counseling. And yet the hurt certain people caused is still buried deep, quietly robbing our peace, our health, our joy.

The Healing Room is a place I found in my own journey, a figurative room I could walk into whenever the weight of unforgiveness returned. Inside are practical tools, honest Scripture, and the presence of the One who wants to help us let go.

My prayer is that these visits are as freeing for you as they've been for me.

WHAT WE CARRY
The weight of GRUBB
An unforgiving heart hardens around four things. Naming them is the first step to being free of them.
Grudges
the offenses we keep alive long after they happened
Resentments
the slow bitterness of wounds left unhealed
Unforgiveness
the door we refuse to close on the past
Bitterness
the poison that corrupts everything it touches
Blame
Holding our offenders responsible for the harm and pain we received
THE JOURNEY

PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
A New Mindset for Forgiveness:
Getting Rid of Grudges, Resentments, Unforgiveness, Bitterness and Blame
Most of us have been profoundly hurt by the words and behaviors of other people. It's common to feel anger, to desire revenge, or spiral into depression over what has happened to us. Life is too short to live in the misery of unforgiveness.

This book is designed to help anyone who is stuck in unforgiveness. It offers practical tools, resources, and exercises to help a person become free to forgive. The offered suggestions rely upon the healing powers of Jesus and the Holy Scriptures, to move on with life.

THE STORY BEHIND THE ROOM
Greg photo 2026.JPG
Forgiveness is hard work.
I know — I've done it.
I grew up in a dysfunctional, alcoholic home, where anger and yelling were normal and apologies never came. By God's grace I survived it. Decades later, after nearly forty years as a financial planner, I kept meeting people in pain — and became convinced that so much bad behavior traces back to one thing: an unwillingness, or an inability, to forgive.

The Healing Room grew out of my own early-morning prayers and thirty-six years in the Worklight ministry. I have no formal training in psychology or medicine. What I have is experience — of betrayal, injustice, and the long, freeing work of letting go.
